What is OWNER Pay?
OWNER Pay is OWNER's integrated payment solution: tenants pay online and OWNER processes the payments automatically.
OWNER Pay is OWNER's integrated payment solution. Your debtors pay their sales invoices online and OWNER processes each payment automatically, without manual work.
OWNER Pay is being replaced by OWNER Wallet (expected end of 2026). You keep the same account; your account just needs to be verified again.

What is OWNER Pay?
OWNER Pay works via Stripe. Payments come in on a third-party funds account. You can't access that account yourself: OWNER Pay matches each payment received to the right sales invoice and then automatically pays the money out to your own bank account.
How it works
- You send a sales invoice from OWNER. It shows the debtor's unique account number and a payment link.
- The debtor pays with one of the payment methods you offer.
- OWNER Pay matches the payment automatically to the outstanding sales invoice and marks it as paid. See How does OWNER Pay match a bank transfer to a sales invoice?.
- The money is paid out to you in your own bank account, within 1 to 3 business days. See How do payouts work in OWNER Pay?.

Which payment methods are available?
As the sender, you decide which payment methods a debtor can use.

| Bank Transfer | Each debtor gets their own unique account number. It's on the sales invoice. Partial payments and overpayments are possible. |
| iDEAL | Pay directly from your own online banking (Netherlands). |
| Credit Card | Pay with Visa, Mastercard and other common cards. |
| Klarna | Pay later or in installments. |
| EPS | Pay via your own bank (Austria). |
| Giropay | Pay via your own bank (Germany). |
| Billie | Pay on account for business debtors. |
| Google Pay and Apple Pay | Pay with your phone or another device. |
| Bancontact | The most widely used payment method in Belgium. |

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to use OWNER Pay?
No. You can also use an accounting integration; tenants then pay into your own bank account. Read OWNER Wallet or accounting integration: how do you process payments?.
Can I have bookings paid directly without OWNER Pay?
No. Paying directly for a booking only works with OWNER Pay (soon OWNER Wallet). With an accounting integration, a booking can only be paid on account; the guest then pays the sales invoice with a regular bank transfer.
Who pays the transaction fees?
Always the owner or property manager, never the tenant. Read How do OWNER Pay transaction fees work?.
Can I decide when payouts happen?
No. With OWNER Pay, payouts happen automatically within 1 to 3 business days. With OWNER Wallet, you'll soon decide yourself when and how much you transfer.
