Managing relations
All the persons and companies you work with in one place.
With relationship management, you keep all the persons and companies you deal with in one place. They form the basis of OWNER: tenants, recipients of sales invoices, people who report tickets and service providers.

What is it?
Under Contacts you'll find two sections:
| Part | What | Important |
|---|---|---|
| Persons | Natural persons: tenants, contacts, real estate agents, notaries, inspectors. | Unique by email address. All communication goes through persons. |
| Companies | Organizations: business tenants, service providers, other business relations. | Start with the domain name. A company doesn't have an email address of its own. |
Why do you need it?
- You link persons and companies to rental contracts, tickets, work orders and keys.
- All emails with a person can be found with that person.
- For companies with a domain name, OWNER fills in the logo and details and you see reviews of service providers from the OWNER community.
How does it work?
Step 1 – Create a person or company
- Go to Contacts > Persons or Contacts > Companies and click New.
- For a person, fill in at least an email address, first name or last name. For a company, preferably start with the domain name.
Step 2 – Link persons to companies
- Open the person or the company and link them to each other on the right side. Read How do I link a person to a company?.
Step 3 – Work from the detail page
- On the left you see the details, in the middle the activities such as emails, notes and tasks, and on the right what the relation is linked to.
Tip: You can export all your persons and companies to Excel.
