Managing contracts

All your rental and service contracts in one place, with automatic sales invoices and indexations.

In OWNER, you record all your contracts: rental contracts with tenants and service contracts with suppliers. That way you have all agreements in one place and let OWNER do the work.

What is it?

ContractWith whomWhat OWNER does with it
Rental contractTenant (person or company)Prepares sales invoices and indexations automatically, key moments in the calendar, rent list and other insights.
Service contractSupplier, service provider or bankStart and end in the calendar. Soon: matching with purchase invoices.
Certainties (deposits and bank guarantees)TenantKeeps track of deposits and bank guarantees.

Why do you need it?

  • You see at a glance how long rental contracts still run, when they can be terminated and how much rent you invoice per period.
  • Does your lender ask for an overview? Export the rent list or another list to Excel. Read How do I export my rent list or another list?.
  • With service contracts, you know which agreements you have with suppliers and when they expire.
  • You save the contract and addenda in the rental contract itself, so you can always find them.

How does it work?

Step 1 – Create the contract

  1. Go to Contracts and choose Rental contracts or Service contracts.
  2. Click New, fill in the details and save the contract.

Step 2 – Link the items

  1. You link sales items to a rental contract and purchase items to a service contract.

Step 3 – Let OWNER do the work

  1. OWNER prepares sales invoices and indexations and shows the key moments in the calendar. Also read Automatic invoicing.
