You start with OWNER for free and your environment always keeps working. Only when you want to send sales invoices do you activate a subscription. You pay with credits.

Start for free
OWNER has no trial period. You create an environment for free at owner.app/environment/setup, enter your property and set everything up at your own pace. You only activate your environment to be able to send sales invoices.
Activate your subscription
- Go to Settings > Environment settings > Subscription, General tab.
- Choose a Credit package.
- Fill in your Financial details (your billing details).
- Click Add payment method and enter your payment method.
- Activate the subscription.
On the Credits and Invoices tabs you can see your credits and your subscription invoices.
How credits work
| Topic | How does it work? |

| Usage | You pay 1 credit per month for every unit that is not archived. If you have 50 units, that costs 50 credits per month. |
| When credits are deducted | Credits are deducted at the end of the month. |
| Package used up | When your credits run out, the package you chose is automatically purchased again. |
| Changing your package | You can change your package at any time. |
| Larger package | The larger the package, the lower the price per credit. |
| Refunds | Credits can't be exchanged back for money. |
| Features | All features of the platform are the same for everyone. |

Are you a property manager?
As a property manager, you can choose whether a connected real estate environment uses the credits of your manager environment or its own credits. Read How do I run a client environment's subscription through me as the property manager?.
Transaction fees
If you receive payments through OWNER Pay, you pay transaction fees per payment as the owner or property manager. The tenant never pays them. Read Transaction fees.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my subscription invoices?
Under Settings > Environment settings > Subscription, Invoices tab. Read Where can I find my OWNER subscription invoices?.
Does an archived unit cost credits?
No, you only pay for units that are not archived. All data and history of an archived unit are kept. Read Deleting or archiving a unit.
Can I have my environment deleted?
