Within OWNER, units represent individual rentable spaces such as an apartment, shop, office, or warehouse. A unit is anything that can be rented separately and forms the foundation of your rental offering.
Units allow you to manage your real estate in a clear and organized way and easily make spaces available for renting. For each unit, you can define pricing, availability, and presentation. Multiple spaces can also be combined if they are rented out together.
For every unit, you can create a listing with photos, price, description, and availability. Tenants with an active search request automatically receive a notification when a unit matches their preferences.
