What can you do with OWNER during your tenancy?

Your rental contract, sales invoices, indexations, documents and tickets in one place.

Once your landlord has given you access to your rental contract, you'll find everything about your rental in your OWNER account. Here's what you can see and do.

What do you see in your account?

SectionWhat will you find there?
Rental contractThe details of your rental, available to view at any time.
Sales invoicesThe sales invoices your landlord sends you.
IndexationsAdjustments to your rent.
DocumentsDocuments belonging to your rental contract, such as the contract itself and addenda.
TicketsYour questions and reports to your landlord, for example about a malfunction.

Asking a question or reporting an issue

From your rental contract, you create a ticket for your landlord. That way, your question or report, and the answer, are neatly kept with your rental.

Who decides what you see?

Your landlord. Documents belonging to your rental contract are visible by default, but your landlord can hide a document from tenants. If there are multiple tenants on one rental contract, the sales invoice is in the name of one main tenant and goes to one email address.

Missing something?

  1. Check that you're logged in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
  2. Ask your landlord whether you have access to the rental contract and whether the document is visible to you.
