# How do you get access to your rental contract?

## Your landlord gives you access; after that, you'll see your rental contract in your account.

You'll see your rental contract in OWNER as soon as your landlord gives you access. Your landlord arranges this, not OWNER.

## How to get access

1. Your landlord adds you as a person to the rental contract and gives you access. Even if the rental contract is in a company's name, the landlord adds a person. Multiple people can have access.
2. You'll receive an invitation by email.
3. Log in or create an account with the email address the invitation was sent to. See [Creating an account and logging in](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/tenants/create-account-and-log-in?hsLang=en).
4. Open your rental contract in your account.

## Can't see your rental contract?

| Cause | Solution |
| --- | --- |
| Your landlord hasn't given you access yet. | Ask your landlord to add you to the rental contract. |
| You're logged in with a different email address. | Log in with the address from the invitation, or ask your landlord to change your email address. |
| You rent as a company. | Ask your landlord to add you as a person to the rental contract. |

**Note:** OWNER support can't give you access to a rental contract. Only your landlord can do that.
