Managing purchasing
Keep track of your costs with service contracts and purchase items; purchase invoices are coming.
With purchasing management, you keep track of your costs: which agreements you have with suppliers and what they should cost. Purchase invoices themselves are expected to be available from January 1, 2027.

| Service contracts | Agreements with suppliers and other parties, such as elevator maintenance, cleaning or a loan. You see the start and end in the calendar. |
| Purchase items | The cost items per service contract, so you know what a contract should cost. |
| Orders | Work orders for service providers, for example for a repair. |
What's coming with purchase invoices?
With purchase invoices, you'll soon be able to enter your suppliers' purchase invoices in OWNER, link them to purchase items and service contracts, assign lines to a service cost settlement and pay them via OWNER Wallet. Read more in Purchase invoices.
Tip: Record your service contracts and purchase items now. Then you can match purchase invoices with your agreements right away later.
