Maintenance Management (*in development)
The OWNER Platform offers administrators the capability to create, monitor, and issue multi-year maintenance plans to service providers.
What is it?
Plan and execute the maintenance of your real estate on the OWNER Platform. Through a multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP), you can specify, by unit or by project, the costs you anticipate and how high you believe these costs will be. When the time comes for the maintenance to actually be performed, you can use the "Orders" option to send a work order to the service provider to carry out the task.
Why do I need it?
By providing a clear view of maintenance over the coming years, you won't be caught off guard. You'll know how much to set aside to keep your buildings in good shape for years to come. By issuing orders, you maintain control over agreements concerning the work to be performed and oversee its execution.
How does it work?
Under the menu item "Maintenance", you will find the section "Maintenance Planning". In this, you can create plans and link them to units. Within the plans, you can add types of costs and assign costs to them. This maintenance plan is also easily accessible from the unit itself.
If you want to carry out an order, create a work order. When creating the work order, you are asked who the service provider is that needs to address the order and whether they need to be reminded about it. We recommend enabling this reminder. When the order is sent out, we ask the recipient to accept the order. If they don't, they automatically receive reminders.
The service provider can view your order online on the OWNER platform. As soon as the order is created, they receive an email with a special link to the page displaying the order. This page is not visible to others. Here, they can view the order, accept, decline, report completion, add comments, upload files, and so on. If the status of an order changes, such as to "Accepted" or "Completed", the person responsible for the work order is notified and the order automatically updates its status in your OWNER environment.
