How do I lend out a key?
Record who has a key and when it must be returned.
If you lend out a key, record it in OWNER. That way, you always know who has the key and when it must be returned.

Lending out a key
- Find the key under Properties > Keys and open it.
- Click the three dots (actions) and choose Loan key.
- Choose the person borrowing the key.
- Specify the latest date by which the key must be returned and save.
Taking a key back
Is the key being returned? Open the key, click the three dots and choose Return key.
You can also see in the calendar when a lent key must be returned.
