Images
Store photos of your properties in an organized way and link them to the right item.
Under images, you store photos and other pictures of your properties. They're kept separate from documents and shown visually, so you can recognize them quickly, even on the go.

What can you do with them?
- Link images to the item they relate to, such as a unit or rental contract. One image can be linked to multiple items.
- View images as tiles and on a map, so you can see where a photo was taken.
- Record a type and date for each image and filter on them.
- Upload and download multiple images at once.
Uploading images
- Go to Files > Images, or open the item the photo belongs to, for example the unit.
- Upload one or more images.
- Link them to the right item and give them a type if you like.
Tip: If you upload from the unit or rental contract itself, the image is linked right away.
Good to know
- There's no limit to the number of images; a file can be up to 250 MB (more about uploading).

- Do you have a photo of an agreement? It's better to save it as a PDF in documents.
