How do I export my rent list or another list?

Export any list in OWNER to Excel, even if it has more than 1,000 rows.

You can export any list in OWNER to Excel, for example the rent list, your units or your sales invoices. That way, you can continue working with the data in your own administration.

Exporting a list

  1. Open the list, for example Insights > Rent list, and set any filters or the reference date.
  2. Wait until the list has fully loaded.
  3. Click the checkbox in the column header at the top left. All visible rows are selected.
  4. Click Export at the bottom of the screen.
  5. In the pop-up, turn on Export all results. All rows are then included, even if there are more than 100 or 1,000.

Does OWNER ask whether you're sure you want to export? Go ahead and confirm; nothing changes in your environment.

What to look out for with the rent list

  • Check the reference date. Do you see a tenant who has left, or is a new one missing? Then the list is probably set to a different date.
  • For a rental contract with multiple units, each unit is on its own row. The rent amount and term are only shown for the main unit, so nothing is counted twice.
