Tasks
Record what still needs to be done, with priority, due date and reminder.
With tasks, you keep track of what you or your team still need to do. You give a task a priority and a due date, so OWNER reminds you in time and you don't forget anything.

Creating a task
- Click the tasks icon at the top.
- Click New.
- Enter the name and, if you like, the type, priority, due date and reminder.
- Link the task to the item it relates to, for example a rental contract or an installation.
- Save the task.
You see a linked task both in your task list and on the item itself. You can also create a task directly from an item; it's then linked right away.
Tip: Want to be reminded about the maintenance of, for example, a central heating boiler? Add the installation and create a recurring task for it. Read Installations.
Reminders and notifications
You set how and when you receive notifications about tasks. Read How do I set a reminder for my tasks? and How do I set up my notifications?. Your tasks with a due date also appear in the calendar.
