Choose the right type
OWNER offers 2 types: the Smart Poster and the Smart V-board. You can order these directly online via shop.owner.app.
2. Flat poster
Do your renters walk straight towards your property or are you afraid the corner poster will get damaged? Then choose the flat poster. You can stick this flat poster on both the inside and outside of the window. Order a few handy adhesive pads directly through the shop.
2. V-poster
Do most potential renters walk parallel to your property at a short distance? Then we recommend using the corner posters, as these stick out and are directly in the sight of your potential renter.
Choose the right size
Make sure the QR code is scannable. If you choose a poster or board that is too small, it may be difficult to scan the QR code. Therefore, use the table below to choose the right poster size:

Don't place too few
You can link multiple posters and boards to a rentable unit at the same time. Therefore, you are not limited. Place different types on your property and make sure it stands out as much as possible.
