New features

• Bulk update across all modules
  Bulk actions have now been added to all modules within OWNER. Select one or more results and choose Bulk update at the bottom to edit multiple records at once. This lets you, for example, change the type or name of several documents in a single action.

• New onboarding dashboard
  New users are now automatically shown an onboarding dashboard. In new OWNER environments, the first user is guided step by step through creating their first lease agreement and first invoice.

• Search across multiple environments
  The search function in the admin environment has been expanded. It is now possible to search multiple OWNER environments at once from a single central environment.

• Save and print emails
  Extra actions have been added to emails. Via the three dots in the top right, you can now easily save or directly print emails.

• QR codes available to order separately
  QR codes can now also be ordered separately, without a poster or sign. This is useful when, for example, you want to put up a large construction billboard, or have a unit fitted with a sticker showing a QR code that links to that unit's rental page. Standalone QR codes can now be ordered at shop.owner.app.

• Link posters and signs directly to placements
  Posters and signs can now be linked directly to a placement. It is no longer necessary to first link them to the environment before assigning them to a placement.

• Scan QR codes with the camera
  A camera icon has been added that lets you scan QR codes directly using a phone's camera or a laptop's webcam. This means the QR code no longer has to be entered manually.

• Journal entries in the admin environment
  Journal entries are now available in the admin version of OWNER. These were not previously present here and can now be viewed and downloaded for processing in your bookkeeping.

Improvements

• Warning for lease agreements without sales items
  Lease agreements without linked sales items now display a warning, so this is noticed more quickly.

• Edit buttons added to various modules
  An edit arrow has been added to the Values, Sales items, Energy labels and Securities modules, so records can be edited directly from within the module.

• Faster editing of draft indexations
  An edit pencil has now also been added to the list view of draft indexations, for quicker adjustments.

• New buttons for sales and purchase items
  Buttons have been added to sales items and purchase items that let you create a new item directly. This makes creating frequently used items faster.

• Improved online lease agreement page
  The online page where tenants can view their lease agreement has been given a refreshed design. The new style was already available in the app and has now also been rolled out to the desktop version.

• Saved searches more recognizable
  When a prospective tenant searches for property on our platform and saves a search, that saved search is now easier to recognize. In addition to the icons, the full search query is now also written out.

• Tooltips added to buttons in the application
  The buttons in the top right of the application now show an explanation when you hover over them with your mouse. This makes it immediately clear what a button is for.

• Date icons made clickable
  The calendar icon next to date fields is now clickable. This allows the date picker to be opened directly via the icon.

• Actions added to linked data in the mobile app
  For linked data, such as invoices within a lease agreement, three action dots have now been added so that actions can also be performed from the mobile app.

• Search results more visible
  When you hover over search results with your mouse, the relevant row is now highlighted for better readability.

• Language list sorted alphabetically
  The language list when downloading sales invoices is now displayed alphabetically.

• Improved upload progress bar
  The progress bar shown while uploading documents has been given an improved display.

• Check for occupied subdomains for rental profiles
  When creating a rental profile, a notification is now shown immediately if the chosen subdomain is already in use.

Bug fixes

• Improved following of rental profiles
  An issue where interested tenants could not create an account to follow a rental profile has been resolved. As a result, house hunters can now sign up and automatically stay informed about new listings from their favorite landlords.

• Main menu always visible
  An issue where the main menu could disappear on certain screen sizes has been resolved. The menu now remains visible at all times.

• Incorrect Peppol warning removed
  A warning on invoices offered via the Peppol network while they were still scheduled or in draft has been removed, as this situation did not apply.
