Placements
Within OWNER, placements are listings of available units, such as rooms, apartments, or offices. A placement publishes a unit on the OWNER platform so potential tenants can easily find it.
Placements are created based on registered units. You can add information such as price, description, photos, and availability.
Tenants with an active search request automatically receive a notification when a placement matches their preferences. This allows you to maintain a clear overview of which units are available and which have already been rented.
