Within OWNER, under Real Estate, installations represent the technical components of your properties, such as boilers, elevators, air-conditioning systems, or solar panels. Installations can be recorded individually and linked to a building or unit, so you always know where each installation is located.
For each installation, you can record maintenance contracts, documents, photos, and inspection dates. OWNER helps you maintain an overview of maintenance schedules and responsible parties, and allows you to create notifications and tasks for maintenance or repairs.
By registering installations, you always have insight into which installations are present in each property and their condition. This helps you quickly access the right information during malfunctions, inspections, or replacements and supports efficient collaboration with maintenance providers.
