Energy labels
Within OWNER, energy labels are available as a separate module under real estate. Energy labels indicate the energy performance of a unit.
For each label you can record the issue date, expiration date, and certificate. Multiple labels can be stored per unit to track how the energy performance changes over time.
This ensures you always have insight into the current energy label and comply with legal requirements when renting or selling a property.
