Vous voulez indexer chaque année avec le même pourcentage, plutôt qu'avec un indice IPC ? Utilisez alors une méthode avec un pourcentage fixe. ## Comment définir un pourcentage fixe ### Étape 1 – Choisissez ou créez une méthode avec un pourcentage fixe 1. Allez dans **Paramètres \> Modules \> Contrats \> Indexations \> Méthodes**. 2. Utilisez la méthode **Indexation fixe**, ou cliquez sur **Nouveau** et créez une méthode personnalisée avec le pourcentage souhaité, par exemple "Fixe 3 %". ### Étape 2 – Associez le contrat de location 1. Ouvrez le contrat de location et cliquez sur le crayon. 2. Dans la section **Indexation**, choisissez la méthode avec le pourcentage fixe et vérifiez la date dans **Prochaine indexation**. 3. Enregistrez. Comme le pourcentage est fixe, OWNER n'a pas besoin d'attendre un indice IPC. L'indexation est donc prête à temps. **Astuce :** en dehors des Pays-Bas et de la Belgique, une méthode personnalisée avec un pourcentage fixe est la façon d'indexer.
