# Can I add attachments to a work order?

## Include photos or documents with a work order by sharing them.

Yes. You can add documents, photos and MP4 videos to an order. If you share them, the service provider (contractor) sees them on the work order's public page.

## How to add an attachment

1. Create the order and leave it in draft for now.
2. Click the plus sign on the right next to **Documents** or **Images** and upload the file.
3. Hover over the file, open the actions (the three dots) and choose **Share**.
4. Send the order. The shared attachments are now visible to the service provider.

## Good to know

- You can still add or remove attachments after sending. If you remove an attachment or stop sharing it, the service provider immediately no longer sees it.
- The service provider can't upload photos to the work order themselves yet.
