# How do I save a search to follow new listings?

## Automatically get a notification by email or in the app for matching new listings.

Save your search and you'll automatically get a notification when there's a new listing that matches your wishes. This works on owner.app and in the OWNER app.

## How to save a search

1. Log in on [owner.app](https://owner.app?hsLang=en) or in the OWNER app.
2. Search based on your wishes, such as location and property type.
3. Save the search.
4. Choose how you want to receive notifications: by email, as a push notification in the app, or both.

From then on, you'll automatically be notified as soon as a matching listing is added.
