# How do you create an account and log in?
## One account for owner.app and the app, with email and password or Google.
With one OWNER account, you search listings and view your rental contract, on your computer and in the app.

## Creating an account
1. Go to [owner.app](https://owner.app?hsLang=en) or open the OWNER app.
2. Create an account with your email address and a password, or log in with your Google account.
3. Did you receive an invitation from your landlord? Then use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
## Logging in
You log in with your email address and password, or with Google. You use the same account on your computer and in the app. Are you also an owner or property manager? Then you use the same account for that too.
