This is how you can make a placement.

Add your units and use Widgets to display them on your website. Create listings with attractive titles, clear descriptions, high-quality photos, and detailed facilities.

If desired, you can publicly list your unit or units on the OWNER platform. This allows people to find your units, respond if they are available for rent, and mark the unit as interested to receive notifications when it becomes available. Additionally, you can display all your public units on your own website using our Widgets.

How to Create a Listing

To create a listing, go to "Sales" and then "Listings", or open the unit and click on the + icon on the right to create a new listing.

When creating the listing, pay attention to the following:

Choose an Attractive Title and Description
Write a compelling title and a clear, concise description. Highlight what makes your unit unique and why it is a great place to rent.

Take Impressive Photos
Your photos should be of high quality and present your unit in the best light. Ensure good lighting and take photos from different angles.

List as Many Facilities as Possible
Renters can filter by the facilities that are important to them. By selecting as many available facilities as possible, you increase the chances of your listing being seen.

Tip! Is your listing for rent? Don’t forget to make the property itself stand out by putting up posters or signs. Want to know more about which poster is best to choose? Click here.

How to Display Listings on Your Own Website

By using a Widget, you can easily display your listings on your own website. A Widget is a piece of code that you paste on your website once, ensuring all your listings are always neatly and up-to-date on your website.

To create a widget, go to "Settings" and then to "Widgets." In the top right, click on "New" to add a widget. Give your widget a name so you can easily recognize it and send the HTML embed code to your web developer to add it.
