# When can I use purchase invoices in OWNER?
## Purchase invoices are expected to be available from January 1, 2027.
A purchase invoice is what you receive from a supplier or service provider. Purchase invoices in OWNER are expected to be available from January 1, 2027.

## What will you be able to do?
| What | How it will work |
| --- | --- |
| Enter | You enter a purchase invoice in OWNER, with the attachment. |
| Link purchase items | You link the lines to purchase items. |
| Match with service contracts | You check whether a supplier invoices according to the agreements in the service contract. |
| Service cost settlement | You can assign each line to a service cost settlement if needed. This way, purchase invoices form the basis of your service cost settlement. |
| Pay | You pay purchase invoices via [OWNER Wallet](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/what-is-owner-wallet?hsLang=en) (expected end of 2026). |
| Accounting | Purchase invoices appear in the journal entry under **Insights \> Journal entries**. |
## What can you do now?
Record your agreements with suppliers now in [service contracts](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/service-contracts?hsLang=en) with [purchase items](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/purchase-items?hsLang=en). Then you can match purchase invoices right away later.
**Tip:** Save the contract with the supplier with the service contract itself, so everything is in one place.
