# How do payouts work in OWNER Pay?
## OWNER Pay automatically pays out money received to your own bank account, within 1 to 3 business days.
OWNER Pay automatically pays out money received to your own bank account. Here you'll read when that happens and where you see the payouts.
**OWNER Pay is being replaced by [OWNER Wallet](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/what-is-owner-wallet?hsLang=en)** (expected end of 2026). You keep the same account; your account just needs to be verified again.

## When are payouts made?
- As soon as a sales invoice is fully paid, the amount is paid out to the owner's bank account.
- By default, Stripe pays out within **1 to 3 business days**. Weekends don't count.
- If a tenant pays in installments, the payout only starts once the sales invoice is fully paid.
## Where do you see the payouts?
All payouts are listed under **Financial \> Payouts**.

## Frequently asked questions
#### Can I change the payout period?
No. The OWNER Pay payout period is fixed and you can't change it yourself. With OWNER Wallet, you'll soon decide yourself when and how much you transfer, optionally with a fixed recurring transfer.
#### The payout has started, but the money isn't in my account yet.
How quickly an amount becomes visible differs per bank. Check your account again after one business day. If it's still not there after 3 business days, contact support.
#### Why is there time between the payment and the payout?
The money first comes in on the OWNER Pay third-party funds account. There it's matched to the sales invoice. After that, Stripe pays it out to your own bank account.
