Contract Management

Manage and oversee rental, service, and management contracts with automatic invoicing and push notifications. Scan and link paper agreements for easy access and prevent installations without maintenance contracts.

What is it?

In OWNER, you can record your rental contracts, service contracts, and management contracts. This allows you to keep all your contractual agreements in order and be notified via push notifications about important matters such as start dates, end dates, indexations, renewals, etc. Additionally, you can link purchase invoices to service contracts to verify if the service party is billing correctly.

By entering your rental or management contracts, you can also automatically invoice and index rental or management fees.

Do you have paper agreements? If you scan them, they can also be linked to the contracts in OWNER, making them easy to find.

Why do you need it?

At a glance, you can see how long your rental agreements will last, how much rent you receive per month, quarter, or year, and who your tenants are. If your financier requests an overview of your rental contracts, you can easily provide it. You can receive notifications when contracts are terminable or extended.

You prevent having installations within your property without maintenance contracts and can verify if the invoices you receive from service parties match the agreements made. You can receive a reminder if a service contract is terminable.

When you divide your real estate across multiple entities, you can send these entities an automatic management invoice per month, quarter, or year. This can be based on a fixed amount, a fixed amount per unit, or a percentage of revenue.

How does it work?

To add a contract, go to the "Contracts" section in the menu, click on the desired contract type, and click "New." You will then be asked to fill in the input fields and save the contract. After saving, you will be asked to review and approve the input. From that moment, the contract is added, and OWNER can automatically execute the contracts based on the entered data.
