# How do I add the OWNER calendar to my own calendar?
## See key dates from OWNER in Google Calendar, Outlook or the calendar on your phone.
You can also see all key dates from OWNER, such as rental contract end dates and expired orders, in your own calendar. You set this up per team member.

## Connecting the calendar
### Step 1 – Open the calendar settings
1. Go to **Settings \> Your preferences \> General** and open the **Calendar** tab.
### Step 2 – Choose how to connect
| Option | When to use it |
| --- | --- |
| **Open on phone or computer** | Automatically syncs the calendar with the calendar app on your device, such as Apple Calendar or Outlook. |
| **Open in Google Calendar** | Adds the calendar directly to your Google Calendar. |
| **Download ICS** | Downloads a calendar file that you import once. It isn’t updated. |
| **Copy link** | Copies your personal calendar link. Paste it into a calendar app that supports subscribing via a link. |
Connect via your phone or computer (1), Google Calendar (2), an ICS file (3) or your personal link (4).
**Note:** the link is personal. Don’t share it: anyone with the link can see the dates in your calendar.
## Choosing which dates you see
Turn on **Only responsible user** if you only want to see dates you’re responsible for. Under **Which calendar items**, you choose per section which dates appear in your calendar:
| Section | Dates |
| --- | --- |
| Rental contract | Start, end, indexation, terminable by tenant or owner, terminable early by tenant |
| Service contract | Start, end, terminable by service provider or client, terminable early by service provider |
| Order | Response deadline and execution deadline expired |
| Key | Key is due to be returned |
| Document | Document expires |
| Signing | Signing expires |
| Energy label | Energy label expires |
| Task | Task is due |
Use **Expand all** to see all dates; use **Clear all preferences** to reset your choices.

#### Where do I see the calendar in OWNER itself?

#### My calendar app doesn’t show a change yet. Why?
Calendar apps refresh a connected calendar on their own schedule, sometimes only after a few hours. A downloaded ICS file is never updated, so it’s better to use a connection.
#### Can my colleagues do this too?
Yes, each team member sets this up in their own preferences.
