# I can't log in or don't see everything. What now?
## Solutions for login problems, a forgotten password and a missing menu bar or tab.
Can't log in, or don't see a menu or tab? Then go through these points.

## Can't log in
#### I get the sign-up screen, even though I already have an account.
Then OWNER doesn't recognize your email address. Check the spelling and use the email address you were invited with. Still not working? Then contact support.
#### I forgot my password.
On the login screen, choose **Forgot password?**, in the browser or in the app. Enter your email address and follow the link in the email to reset your password. Didn't receive an email? Then check your spam folder. Still know your password and want to change it? Read [How can I change my password?](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/change-password?hsLang=en).
#### My team member isn't receiving the invitation or the verification code.
Check whether the email address is spelled correctly. Also ask your team member to check their spam folder. Still nothing coming in? Then contact support. Also read [How do I add a team member in OWNER?](https://knowledge.owner.app/en/add-team-member?hsLang=en).
## You don't see everything
#### My menu bar or tabs have disappeared.
Is your browser window narrow or zoomed in? Then OWNER shows the mobile view and the menu bar and some of the tabs disappear. Reset the zoom to 100% (Ctrl + 0, or Cmd + 0 on a Mac) or make the window wider. We recommend using Google Chrome.
#### I'm working on an iPad and don't see everything.
Then use the web version of OWNER on a laptop or computer.
